We are committed to the your safety and that of our students and staff.  Here's a reminder of what to expect when you arrive...

NOTE:  Effective 11.16.20, we will be following the governor's out-of-state guidance - if you have been out of the state of Washington, we ask that you quarantine for 14 days prior to coming to the school.  This guideline is also being followed by our students and staff.  We are all in this together.  


  • Please arrive within five minutes of appointment 

  • Face masks are required at this time. We ask that you wear an ear loop style mask so that it doesn’t interfere with your cut or color service.

  • A temperature check and health questionnaire will be done. 

  • Both guest and stylist will wash hands prior to beginning service. 

Keep in Mind:

  • We have strict capacity guidelines, so please arrive alone.

  • Beverage service and magazines are temporarily discontinued.

  • We will be observing touch-less greetings and farewells

  • Please limit the items you bring with you, avoiding large handbags, backpacks, etc.

  • Coats will be placed into plastic bags and stored until you are done with your service. 


How Are You Feeling?

  • If experiencing cough, fever or other Covid-19 related symptoms you will be asked to reschedule

  • If these symptoms are experienced prior to arrival or you have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please call to reschedule in a timely manner.

  • Employees and students are screened for symptoms at beginning of each shift.


Standards and Extra Measures:

  • Employees and students will be wearing masks, face shields, gloves and aprons as appropriate for current guidelines and services performed.

  • Please observe 6 feet social distancing guidelines, whenever possible. 

  • Stations will be sanitized before and after each service.

  • Tools will be sanitized after use.

  • Thorough and frequent hand washing will be done.

  • Common areas and restrooms will be cleaned throughout the day.


  • When possible, checkout, product purchase and rebooking will be done at the chair during your service.

  • Payment with credit, debit card or PayPal is preferred at this time.
